Click on Control Panel
Click on Network and Internet Connections
Click on Set up or change your Internet Connections
Click on the tab along the top called General
In the box labeled Address:, type http://www.inebraska.com
Click the Apply button at the bottom of this window
Click on the tab along the top called Connections
Click Setup
Click Next
Click Next
Select Set up my connection manually, then click Next
Select Connect using a dial-up modem, then click Next
In the box labeled ISP Name: type Internet Nebraska, then click Next
In the box labeled Phone Number: type your local access number, then click Next
In the box labeled User name: type your username
In the box labeled Password: type your password
In the box labeled Confirm Password: type your password again, then click Next
Click the Finish button
