To begin, open Outlook Express.
The "Internet Accounts" window will appear. Click Add and select Mail from the list.
Type in your Display Name. This is usually your full name, but it can be anything you would like. Then click Next.
Enter your email address. Then click Next.
The first line should read "My incoming mail server is a POP3 server.
For "Incoming mail" type pop.inebraska.com .
For "Outgoing mail" type smtp.inebraska.com . Then click Next.
Enter your Username and your Password in the appropriate fields. Then click Next.
Click Finish. You are now done configuring Outlook Express.
